Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you ask for a free website preview: your name, what you do, suburb, postcode, email and phone number.
• When you book a call: the details you give our booking tool (Cal.com), usually your name, email and the time you picked.
• When you open a preview or signing link we sent you: that it was opened, when, the kind of device (for example "iPhone") and a rough location (the city your internet connection is in). We use this to know when to follow up.
• When you sign an agreement: your name, business name, email, phone, your typed signature, the package and extras you chose, the time, your IP address and browser details. This is the record that you accepted the agreement.
• When you pay: card payments are handled by Stripe. We see that you paid and the amount, never your full card number.
• When you email or call us: whatever you choose to tell us.

We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. If you'd rather not give us something, just tell us; you can also deal with us by phone without filling in a form.

Why we use it

• To make your website preview, talk to you about it and send you a quote.
• To prepare your agreement, take your deposit and build and run your website.
• To send you a copy of what you signed and receipts, and to keep business and tax records.
• To follow up on a preview or quote we sent you. We won't add you to a mailing list without asking.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who helps us handle it

We use a few trusted services to run the business. They only use your information to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form and quote records.
• Resend sends emails from the website, like lead alerts and agreement copies.
• Google Workspace runs our email and calendar.
• Cal.com handles call bookings.
• Stripe processes card payments.

Some of these services store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We choose providers with strong security and privacy commitments. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How we keep it safe and for how long

Records are kept in password-protected accounts that only Fuse Media Co. can access. The detailed log of link opens is deleted after 90 days. Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within two years. Signed agreements and payment records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don't need to keep it. Email hello@fusemedia.au or call 0415 183 149and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner atoaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
